SORAA LED MR16 GU5.3 base Vivid Series lamps are designed to provide a direct replacement for 12 volt halogen MR16 lamps in color critical and precise beam requirement applications.
Intended for use in MR16 compatible recessed downlights, track lighting and other indoor and outdoor installations. These lamps directly replace the 12 volt MR16 halogen equivalent.
The Vivid Series provides accurate color rendering across the visible spectrum from 400nm to 700nm, with a CRI of 95 and R9 of 95. Whiteness rendering matches or exceeds that of halogen sources at 2700K and 3000K.
Features include:
- 35,000 hour rated life (compared to 2,000 hours for halogen)
- 85% more efficient than halogen
- Compatible with standard fixtures, directly replaces halogen bulbs
- Suitable for fully enclosed fixtures (subject to the maximum heatsink temperature limits shown in the spec sheet below)
- Designed to safely turn down in any thermal environment not conducive to minimum airflow or proper ventilation
- Indoor / Outdoor - suitable for damp locations
- Dimmable with trailing edge and leading edge phase cut dimmers, 12V AC magnetic and electronic transformers and 12V DC transformers
